THROUGH SOCCER IN PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, COGNITIVE ASPECTS AND
LEADING THEM NOT ONLY TO BE GOOD ATHLETES BUT ALSO TO BE SELF CONFIDENT & RESILIENT INDIVIDUALS.

​I currently hold a CONMEBOL "B" License from FIFA and am happy to be working with the youth players in Santos FC, San Francisco!

​METHODOLOGY

Due to our passion for football and a wish to improve it, we keep innovating day after day from new contents that adapt to the new realities of modern football.
It is a comprehensive coaching method based in tactics that will help the players to solve real game situations they will find while they are practicing and playing games.

We are able to teach our players more tactical concepts in the training phase , in order to help them better understand the game, developing smarter and more creative players.

With our methodology we will able to train all these tactical concepts, building the best training sessions for the learning and improvement of your players in a fun way.

We will plan and program, all  these concepts throughout the season. Learning with these Methods means receiving the answers to follow a defined and continuous process throughout the life of a footballer.


THE METHOD

This methodology covers all periods of a player’s career, which include the following:
1. Adaptation
2. Initiation
3. Technification
4. High Performance

The objective of this method is the preference of the cognitive structure of the player. The intention is that when the player reaches High Performance, they can make optimal decisions in the majority of situations that arise in the game.

I look forward to teaching the Santos FC youth players all of this which will help them realize their full potential on the field!
